FSCD Support
Primrose Behavioural Services proudly meets FSCD rates.
When accessing services through FSCD (Family Support for Children with Disabilities), total service hours are divided between direct and indirect time.
Direct time includes:
-
Face-to-face sessions with your child or family
-
Telehealth sessions and phone calls
-
Communication and collaboration with family members
Indirect time includes:
-
Session and material preparation
-
Program development and documentation (e.g., ISP or SPPP creation)
-
Data review and progress tracking
-
Scheduling and coordination
-
Travel time
-
Training or supervision of Behavioural Interventionists or other support staff
All FSCD-funded hours are used in a 65/35 split — with 65% allocated to direct time and 35% to indirect time. This structure ensures families receive both high-quality, individualized support and the behind-the-scenes planning necessary for meaningful, sustainable progress

🌿 Program Coordination
When your child is accessing specialized services through FSCD, your contract often includes an allocation for Program Coordination — typically 48 hours per year (about 4 hours per month).
This time is designed to support the organization, advocacy, and collaboration needed to ensure your child’s services run smoothly. Program coordination may include:
-
Communicating and collaborating with other service providers (e.g., SLPs, OTs, aides)
-
Supporting families with scheduling, planning, and documentation
-
Helping to navigate FSCD paperwork or reporting requirements
-
Ensuring consistency and alignment across team members and environments
At Primrose Behavioural Services, we are happy to provide this additional support when it is included in your FSCD Specialized Services contract. Effective program coordination helps keep everyone on the same page and ensures that your child’s team is working together toward shared goals.
Private Rates
For families accessing services privately (outside of FSCD funding), our hourly rate is $150 per hour. Similar to FSCD-funded services, this rate follows a 65–35 split between direct and indirect time.
-
Direct time includes face-to-face support with your child or family, telehealth sessions, parent meetings, and communication related to your child’s program.
-
Indirect time includes session preparation, data analysis, program development, documentation, communication with other professionals, and travel.
Travel is billed at a reduced rate to ensure families are only charged minimally for travel time while still accounting for the time required to reach your home or community setting.
We’re happy to provide a personalized quote based on your family’s specific needs and location.
